Terms of service

The service

towngraph provides search over an index of local business listings and, for a per-row fee, the contact fields on a listing. Searching and previewing are free. Opening a row spends one credit.

Credits

Credits are bought in advance, do not expire and are not refundable once spent. A row that holds neither a phone number nor an email address opens without spending a credit. A row opened by one member of a workspace is open for every member.

Acceptable use

Use the data in line with the laws that apply to you, including those on unsolicited calls and email. Do not resell the index or a substantial part of it as a dataset.

Accuracy

Every record shows when it was last checked. Listings change, and a record is provided as it was on that date rather than as a guarantee of what is true today.
